The C1 Level Philippine Language Proficiency Test is a computer-based examination that evaluates advanced proficiency in the Filipino language. This exam is designed for individuals who are capable of using Filipino fluently and spontaneously in both professional and academic settings. It measures the ability to understand complex texts, express ideas clearly, and engage in nuanced communication.

B. Contents and Coverage of the Exam

Aligned with the C1 (Advanced) level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), the exam focuses on the following areas:

   • Comprehending long, complex spoken and written materials

   • Identifying implicit meaning and inferred opinions

2. Expressing Ideas Fluently and Spontaneously
